General Policies
Check-In and Check-Out Policies:
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM or by special arrangement. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- The Innkeeper is available on-site from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Check ins after 6:00pm will incur a $25 late check in fee. For after-hours service, please call 252-665-0590
- Ann Street Inn reserves the right to relocate you to a comparable room or provide an upgrade as necessary.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home, only in designated areas outside.
- Children under 12 years old only please. The home was built in 1832 and does not have all the built in features for children.
- Rates are based on double occupancy, with an additional charge of $25 per person, per night for extra guests.
- A full, hot gourmet breakfast is included in the rates.
- Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, and Irish Coffee can be purchased at check-in as part of our breakfast options.
- We can accommodate dietary restrictions if notified 48 hours prior to arrival.
- A two-night minimum stay is required on holidays and weekends.
- We do not allow over night stays with pets. Pooches can visit out side, but not in the rooms

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policy:
The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. All reservations must be made online.
Refund Terms:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend securing travel insurance if you have concerns about cancellations due to emergencies, airline delays, pandemics, or weather-related issues.
